2. Products and Services

Fantasy Storytime specializes in creating personalized physical storybooks using AI-generated images based on customer-provided photos of children.
Customers must upload a minimum of 10 images of their child to enable the AI to generate high-quality and accurate personalized illustrations.
Please note that all uploaded images are used exclusively to train the AI model and are deleted immediately after processing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Photo Submissions: By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to the photos and have the legal authority to use and share them. Images of children should only be uploaded by a parent or guardian.
Approval of Proof: Customers will be sent a digital proof of the book before printing. At this stage:
- You may cancel your order for a full refund if the proof does not meet your expectations.
- Once the proof is approved, no refunds will be issued, as the product is customized and non-returnable.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and responding promptly to approval requests.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 days to process after proof approval. However, in some cases, processing may take longer.
Shipping:
- Books are shipped as physical products to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- International shipping may be added in the future. Please check the website for updates.
- Shipping times vary based on the chosen delivery method and destination.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Cancellation: You may cancel your order and receive a refund at the proof stage. Once you approve the proof, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for approved orders.

6. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated illustrations and storybooks are created specifically for your order. However, all designs, illustrations, and content remain the intellectual property of Fantasy Storytime.
Customers receive non-exclusive rights to use their purchased book for personal purposes only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

All uploaded images are processed solely for creating your personalized storybook.
Images are deleted immediately after training the AI and generating the book illustrations.

8. Limitations of Liability

Fantasy Storytime is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of our products.
