Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

• Cancellation: You may cancel your order and receive a refund at the proof stage. Once you approve the proof, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
• No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for approved orders.
